To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, phwww shall not be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption, arising from your use of or inability to use the phwww platform, regardless of the cause of action and even if phwww has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
phwww's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount you deposited into your phwww account in the thirty (30) day period immediately preceding the date on which the claim arose.
phwww does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You are responsible for implementing appropriate safeguards on your own device and internet connection.
phwww collects, processes, and stores your personal information in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 10173) and phwww's Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
By registering and using phwww, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, customer support, marketing communications (where opted in), and regulatory compliance.
phwww may be required to share player data with PAGCOR or other competent Philippine regulatory or law enforcement authorities where required by applicable law or regulatory directive. Such disclosure does not constitute a breach of phwww's obligations under this Agreement or the Privacy Policy.
phwww reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account, at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:
Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, phwww reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balance and, where fraud or illegal conduct is involved, the remaining account balance.
You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting phwww support. Prior to closure, any remaining eligible balance will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to completed KYC verification and applicable wagering requirements on any active bonuses.
phwww reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the registered email address and/or a prominent notice on the phwww platform, no less than fourteen (14) days before the amended Terms take effect, unless the change is required urgently for regulatory compliance, security reasons, or legal obligation, in which case it may take immediate effect.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes and claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute between you and phwww arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall first be submitted to phwww's internal dispute resolution process. You agree to contact phwww support and allow phwww a reasonable opportunity to resolve the dispute before escalating to any external body.
Unresolved disputes may be escalated to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism, as provided under phwww's PAGCOR operating authorization. Both parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines for the resolution of disputes that cannot be settled through internal or PAGCOR-facilitated processes.
